Biohazard (original lineup) are due to perform a headlining show at the Crazy Donkey in Farmingdale, NY on Friday, December 11th, 2009 with Borgo Pass as the opening act.

Biohazard will perform material from their first 3 record albums only.

Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 day of show, and are on-sale now.

Doors open at 6:00 PM, all ages admitted.
