Overkill To Perform A Big 25th Anniversary Show In New York City At Nokia Theatre

Tri-State thrash metal rebels Overkill will perform a 25th anniversary show In New York City at Nokia Theatre Times Square on Saturday, May 1st 2010.

The band has signed a new deal with E1/Koch Records and will release “Ironbound” early next year. Official press release below:

Overkill is happy to announce they have signed a new deal with E1/Koch Records for N America and Nuclear Blast Records for the rest of the world.

The band just finished mixing with Peter Tagtgren and the helm. The title will be “Ironbound”. Release is set for late Jan early Feb 2010. Touring is being set up starting in Feb in Europe and will continue the entire year. With shows in South America in March and a US Tour starting April 1st in Philadelphia and ending Sat. May 1st with a big 25th Anniversary show in New York City at the Nokia Theater. We have lots of plans to make that a special celebration show for everyone. States the band “The NY/NJ area has been so great to us for so many years, we want to celebrate with them and we will definitely have some great stuff planned for that night!”
