Progressive metallers Transatlantic – featuring Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), Pete Trewavas (Marillion), Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings) and Neal Morse (ex-Spock’s Beard) – will headline a show at the Gramercy Theatre in NYC on April 23rd, 2010. This upcoming tour dubbed “Whirld Tour 2010″ will mark the band’s first shows in almost a decade.

On October 23rd, 2009, Transatlantic released their third full-length album “The Whirlwind” through InsideOut Music.
