Xibalba_Itzaes

Thanks to Legion of Death Productions and Metal Mafia Records, Mexican ancient black metal trio Xibalba Itzaes will make their triumphant return to the U.S. this fall for two exclusive east coast appearances.

The micro-run ignites in Brooklyn for a show at Lucky 13 Saloon on November 10, featuring more bands to be added to the bill. Advance tickets to the BK show may be purchased through metalmafiany@gmail.com. Hit up the event’s official RSVP page for more info.

The second gig goes down in Maryland at Raw Ink Live on November 11, featuring support from three more bands to be revealed at a later time (get more info).

Last year saw the release of a new Xibalba Itzaes single titled “The Owl” (stream it below). The band’s latest official release comes in the form of a 2015 debut EP on cassette dubbed Ah Tza!. The group’s debut LP and only full-length, Ah Dzam Poop Ek, was unleashed in 1994 (you can also stream both aforementioned efforts below).

UPDATE: Sacrificial Massacre will open both shows in the states
