New York City’s own hard rock veterans Foreigner are in the midst of a huge 40th anniversary tour that kicked off in Syracuse, NY earlier this month with help from tour support bands Cheap Trick and Jason Bonham (performing music of Led Zeppelin).

The monumental outing arrived in New York at the Jones Beach Theater in Long Island on July 20, featuring a memorable set from Foreigner, who performed iconic tracks from their classic albums Foreigner, Double Vision, Head Games, 4 and Agent Provocateur, including legendary cuts like “Cold as Ice,” “Waiting for a Girl Like You” and “Juke Box Hero.” The band ended their set with a huge three song encore that saw original Foreigner members Lou Gramm, Al Greenwood and Ian McDonald join the stage for renditions of “Long, Long Way From Home,” “I Want to Know What Love Is” and “Hot Blooded.”

Following Foreigner‘s summer tour, the guys will take a short breather before embarking on a fall tour throughout Canada (w/ Honeymoon Suite) and Mexico. In 2018, Foreigner will perform a solo show in West Virginia and a handful of dates in the UK. Check out all upcoming concerts here.
