This year’s edition of the ‘Make America Rock Again’ tour is currently on its way, having kicked off in early August, featuring the trek’s headliner Scott Stapp, plus Sick Puppies, Drowning Pool, Trapt and Adelitas Way.
Long Island’s premiere destination for live music, The Paramount, hosted the outing’s only New York stop on Thursday, August 31. Scott Stapp‘s set consisted entirely of Creed songs, featuring crowd pleasers such as “My Own Prison,” “With Arms Wide Open” and “One Last Breath.” Sick Puppies exploded on stage, leaning heavily on tracks from 2009’s Tri-Polar and their latest full-length, 2016’s Fury, with anthems like “Riptide” and “Black & Blue.”
Drowning Pool, who performed well known tracks like “Sinner,” “Tear Away” and “Bodies,” Trapt, who dished out their classics “Still Frame,” “Who’s Going Home With You Tonight?” and “Headstrong,” and Adelitas Way, who played a short but powerful set made up of numbers from their 2011 effort Home School Valedictorian, their 2016 LP Getaway, and the title-track to their upcoming fifth studio record Notorious, rounded out the evening’s rock shenanigans.
The run is set to invade a slew of additional American markets up until its conclusion in early October. Get all upcoming dates HERE. Scroll down below for exclusive photos from Huntington.
