German heavy metal masters Accept recently took part in a handful of exclusive U.S. concerts which kicked off in New York City at Irving Plaza on September 26, and included shows in Houston, TX, Saint Charles, IL, and Pasadena, CA.
The metal veterans attacked NYC with a mammoth 21-song assault, performing legendary tracks such as “Restless and Wild,” “London Leatherboys,” “Neon Nights,” “Princess of the Dawn,” “Midnight Mover,” “Up to the Limit,” “Fast as a Shark” and many others. Being as how the boys have a new stellar album out titled The Rise of Chaos, they unsurprisingly dished out plenty of fresh hits including rippers like “Die by the Sword,” “The Rise of Chaos,” “Koolaid,” “No Regrets” and “Analog Man.” The band closed out the massive evening with an encore consisting of “Metal Heart” from their 1985 LP of the same name, “Teutonic Terror” from 2010’s Blood of the Nations, and the popular “Balls to the Wall” off their 1983 masterpiece of the same name.
Next up for Accept, they’ll head over to South America for a month-long jaunt made up of headlining stints and festival appearances, which they will follow with European and UK gigs in early 2018 (get full tour info). Scroll down below for exclusive shots and the full setlist from the NYC show.
