Leading up to their appearance at the ‘Decibel Magazine Metal & Beer Fest’ in Philly next year, New Jersey’s own heavy rockers Monster Magnet have announced a pair of Tri-state area shows which consist of gigs in their home state and New York City.
The NYC show happens at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg on March 29, featuring opening support from rock duo Painted Doll (consisting of Chris Reifert of Autopsy and comedian Dave Hill), who also play the NJ show at Starland Ballroom on March 31. Get complete tour info below. Tickets go on sale starting this Friday (11/10).
Earlier this year, Monster Magnet re-issued their 1989 effort Tab and 1991 debut LP Spine of God, which you can pick up via Napalm Records. The vets are also planning to release a new full-length, the follow up to 2013′ Last Patrol, in the near future. Stay tuned for more info.
Dig some tunes after the dates.
