Harm’s Way touring w/ Ringworm, Vein & more

In support of their impending album and first LP on Metal Blade titled Posthuman (due out on Feb. 9th), Chicago hardcore punks Harm’s Way have announced a North American headlining tour with Ringworm, Vein and Queensway in tow.

The run goes down in February and March, featuring a total of 26 confirmed shows, including New York stops at Syracuse’s The Lost Horizon on Feb. 19 [TIX go on sale 12/15] and Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus on Feb. 20 [TIX tba].

Regarding the forthcoming effort, Harm’s Way drummer Chris Mills states:

We’ve always stayed true to who we are and allowed the songwriting process to take shape organically from record to record, and as the band has progressed, our sound has become more refined with metal and industrial influences.

Guitarist Bo Lueders adds:

To a Harm’s Way fan, I would describe ‘Posthuman’ as a blend of ‘Isolation'(2011) and ‘Rust’ (2015), but it’s sonically way more insane. To anyone else, I would simply say it’s full on heavy and full on aggression.
