Open the Nile playing hometown show in Brooklyn

Continuing to support their self-released EPs, 2015’s The Efflorescence of Creation and 2017’s Levity (stream both below), New York City’s own progressive metal quartet Open the Nile have booked a local headlining show for later this month.

The concert happens at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus on January 16 and will feature deadly support from Sycarian, Letallis and Crystal Plains. Tickets are on sale at this location.

Next up for Open the Nile, the band will release a new effort dubbed The Meridian (check out the gnarly cover art below) at some point this year. Stay tuned for more info.
