Following a year that saw the release of their fourth full-length opus titled Feels like Punk, Sounds like Thrash (an LP that Metal Temple describes as “brutal and nasty”), Canadian thrash metal masters Aggression will continue to build momentum with newly confirmed concerts for next year.
The vets have announced three shows for the spring, consisting of a stop in Vancouver at The Pub 340 on March 16 (as part of ‘Metallion Festival 666’), a show in Brooklyn at Saint Vitus on April 4 [TIX], and a gig in Tucson, AZ at CANS Venue & Lounge on April 25. If more shows are confirmed, you’ll know first by going HERE.
Aggression last played NYC in March of 2015, taking part in ‘Defenders of the Old Fest III’ at The Bell House, slaying the stage with the likes of Riot V, Liege Lord, Destructor, and others.
Currently led by their only original member, guitarist Denis ‘Sasquatch’ Barthe, Aggression are also known for their legendary 1987 debut record, The Full Treatment, which features raw thrashing gems like “Demolition” and “Frozen Aggressor.”
