Mutoid Man

Brooklyn headbangers Mutoid Man closed out their 2018 this past Saturday night, December 1st, with a hometown show at Greenpoint’s Saint Vitus. Their chaos-filled headlining set featured an appearance from guitar vixen Mrs. Smith, who performed a set of her own earlier in the evening, and Gwarsenio Hall of the Two Minutes To Late Night Comedy Hour, who, along with their house band Mutoid Man, filmed an episode of their heavy-metal themed talk show at the start of the show. Check out full photo coverage below.

Next up for Mutoid Man, the gang will team up with Mastodon and Kvelertak for an adventure through the UK and Europe in early 2019 (dates). As for Mrs. Smith, you can catch her ‘Grief & Rage Holiday Cabaret and Encounter Group’ at NYC’s Joe’s Pub on December 17 (more info). Finally, 2M2LN will film their last episode of this season at Vitus on December 11 (get tix).

Next up at Saint Vitus:

12/05 – Brother Hawk, Rattlesnake, Grandpa Jack
12/06 – Moon Tooth, Cryptodira, Disparager, Godmaker
12/07 – Flasher, Public Practice, Gong Gong Gong
