On Wednesday, March 13 heavy metal supergroup Adrenaline Mob, featuring Russell Allen (Symphony X), Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater, ex-Avenged Sevenfold), John Moyer (Disturbed) and Mike Orlando (Sonic Stomp), infiltrated the Marlin Room at Webster Hall in New York City for a hometown showdown (check out our gallery below). The Manhattan gig is part of a full U.S. headline tour for the metallic assembly (remaining dates) who are celebrating the release of Coverta, the band’s spankin’ new eight-track EP featuring cover versions of songs by Dio, The Doors, Black Sabbath, Van Halen and many more. The guys also recently released a new single titled “Come Undone” (Duran Duran cover) which comes off Adrenaline Mob‘s debut album Omerta. The track features special Grammy Award winning guest vocalist Lzzy Hale of Halestorm. For all things Adrenaline Mob, follow the band online on Facebook and Twitter.
