Massachusetts metallers Unearth and Washington, D.C. metalcore unit Darkest Hour have announced a co-headline tour across North America for later this year dubbed ‘The Hell Or High Wattage Tour.’ Support on the voyage will come from Carnifex, Origin, I, The Breather and Black Crown Initiate. The 10-day stint kicks off in Montreal, QC on October 13 and is set to conclude in Winston-Salem, NC on October 22, tagging various markets along the way including Rochester, NY on October 17 at the Montage Music Hall, and NYC on October 19 at The Studio at Webster Hall. Upstate ticket info is TBA, Manhattan tickets go on sale this Friday (8/29) at 10am.
It was also announced today that Unearth will be releasing their sixth studio album, Watchers of Rule, on October 28 via eOne Music. The new LP was produced by Mark Lewis (Whitechapel, DevilDriver).
Earlier this month saw the release of Darkest Hour‘s eighth studio album (a self-titled LP) through Sumerian Records.
