Black Label Society to bring “Unblackened” tour to The Paramount

California heavy metal icons Black Label Society, led by guitar idol Zakk Wylde, have announced intent to cruise through the U.S. this April on their headline “Unblackened” tour. The “Unblackened” titled was initially given to BLS‘ one night only concert at Club Nokia in LA for a live CD/DVD release two years ago. The gang will now bring that experience, which sees the band performing intimate versions of popular songs, as well as cuts from Wylde’s solo albums Pride & Glory and Book of Shadows, across the nation. Zakk and Co will also no doubt shell out hits off of their latest studio achievement, Catacombs of the Black Vatican. Support on the trek will come from Wino.

The journey launches on April 3 at The Paramount in Huntington, NY and storms through 10 more major cities before coming to a close two weeks later in Anaheim, CA. LI tickets go on sale to the public this Friday (2/13) at 10am.
