PA hard rock unit Crobot and Atlanta shredders Royal Thunder are in the process of wrapping up a summer romp, consisting of a slew of dates spread across southern mid-west and east coast markets.

The trek made a stop in Brooklyn at Saint Vitus on July 26, featuring a massive set from Crobot, who dished out tracks from their latest LPs Welcome To Fat City and Something Supernatural, including the likes of “Play It Cool,” “Plague of the Mammoths,” “Skull of Geronimo” and “Wizards.” The rock quartet also performed a memorable cover of Audioslave‘s “Cochise” as well as their first-ever song, “Legend of the Spaceborne Killer,” from their 2012 debut record of the same name.

Royal Thunder warmed up the crowd, kicking off their set with “Burning Tree,” “April Showers” and “The Sinking Chair” from their latest full-length and first LP on Spinefarm Records, Wick. The crew continued with a pair of songs from 2015’s Crooked Doors record and a duo of tracks off of their 2010 self-titled debut EP.

Next month, both Crobot and Royal Thunder will once again team up for an appearance at the Come and Take It Live venue in Austin, TX on August 4, performing alongside Doomstress, Slurr and Salo. Follow Crobot and Royal Thunder on social media for more info.
