Extinction A.D. release new video; going on tour

New York’s own crossover thrashers Extinction A.D. have just released a brand new clip for their new single “Secret Worlds” off their new full-length album Decimation Treaty (due out on 2/16 via Good Fight Music). The fresh video premiered through Metal Injection and can be streamed below.

Here’s more from the band:

We collaborated and filmed this video with Anthony Altamura of Nightmare Film Crew after discussing the gap between factual news exposure and what gets mainstream media coverage.

Whether we’re acutely aware of it or not, the free press is under attack. The idea of a guerrilla broadcast and the use of archaic technology as a means of spreading modern information was an interesting concept to mess with, as well as trying to capture our live energy in a non-live environment.

Up next, Extinction A.D. will join forces with Darkest Hour and Whores. for a round of dates, which includes a stop at Rochester’s Photo City Improv on February 24 [TIX].

Additionally, Extinction A.D. have a headlining hometown show at Amityville Music Hall on March 3 with The Kings of the Ring, Carcosa, Enemy of the State, and Thracian [TIX at the door], plus a recently confirmed stint with Exodus and Municipal Waste at their ‘Mr. Pickles Thrash-tacular Metal Tour‘ stop at NYC’s Irving Plaza on March 7 [TIX].
