Exmortus announce ‘The Sound of Steel’ tour w/ The Absence + more

California techy melo-death metal heroes Exmortus will team up with The Absence, Hatchet, Novareign, plus Immortal Guardian, Black Fast and Micawber (on select dates) for a summer trek.

Speaking on the impending run, Exmortus write:

We are stoked to unleash “The Sound of Steel” upon North America this Summer! This is Exmortus’ first headlining tour and we’re honored to have within our ranks: The Absence and Hatchet, as well as special regional guests — Novareign, Immortal Guardian, Black Fast and MICAWBER. So, come and have your minds melted by the new tunes as well as old favorites! See you soon!

New York’s only stop on the tour happens at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus on July 10 [TIX tba]. NJ gets a stop at Clifton’s Dingbatz on July 9. See all upcoming dates below.

Exmortus are touring in support of their new full-length album dubbed The Sound of Steel, which drops on June 8th through Prosthetic Records. Stream their new singles “Make Haste” and “Feast of Flesh” after the tour itinerary.
