The ‘‘Everybody Still Hates You Tour,’ which featured a headlining set from electro-industrial metal freaks Combichrist, plus great support from Wednesday 13, Night Club, Prison and Death Valley High, has come and gone, having kicked off in late May in Pomona, CA and then concluding in LA this past weekend after a strong 33-date run.
The outing crash-landed in New York City on June 8th for a blowout at Gramercy Theatre, where hundreds gathered to hear a mixture of Combichrist hits like “All Pain Is Gone,” “Blut Royale,” “Can’t Control,” “Electrohead,” “Throat Full of Glass,” “Fuck That Shit” and more. Fans raged for leadman Andy LaPlegua‘s sinister roar and Joe Letz‘s perverse drum pounding. Wednesday 13 provided excellent direct support with his horror punk rock routine featuring a number of costume changes to complement numbers like “What the Night Brings,” “Blood Sick,” “Scream Baby Scream,” “I Love to Say Fuck,” plus others.
Concert goers who arrived early were treated to sets from electro rock duo Night Club, nü metal revival gang Prison and gothy headbangers Death Valley High, who all fit nicely on the bill (unsurprisingly). Full photo coverage from the night can be viewed via the gallery below.
