Alcest, Eye of Nix, Völur & more playing ‘Prophecy Fest’ in BK

Alcest live at Gramercy Theatre in 2013 by Johnny Perilla

The inaugural ‘Prophecy Fest,’ set to take place at Brooklyn’s Knitting Factory on November 2 and 3, has been announced.

The following acts have been confirmed to perform at the two-day gathering, though the running order is still to be set in stone:

Alcest (playing Kodama in full, plus a “best-of” set)
Eye of Nix (playing Black Somnia in full)
Kayo Dot
Novembers Doom
So Hideous

“It’s been a lot of work putting this bill together, and we couldn’t be more proud and honored to be a part of such a unique event. Prophecy has been one of our favorite labels for over two decades now, this is more or less an utopia come true,” says promoters Stardust NYC. “Prophecy Fest will be a beautiful festival of discovery, headlined by a very special and intimate show with Alcest, who’ll be performing their stunning last album in its entirety! Not to be missed.”
