Metal Allegiance to play Black Sabbath tunes in Brooklyn

Following a super successful ‘Volume II – Power Drunk Majesty’ record release show at NYC’s Gramercy Theatre on Sept. 6th, metallic collaboration Metal Allegiance have announced a special Brooklyn show that will see them performing Black Sabbath’s 1970 self-titled album and more live!

The one-off gig happens at Brooklyn Bowl on October 27 and will feature Metal Allegiance members Mark Menghi, Mike Portnoy (The Winery Dogs), Alex Skolnick (Testament), Bobby Blitz (Overkill), and possibly others. Opening support for the night will come from Judas Priestess, Alehkaine’s Gun, and Magus Beast. Get tickets HERE.

Metal Allegiance contributor David Ellefson will unfortunately miss the BK show as Megadeth are playing a concert in Indonesia that evening. You can however catch David‘s ‘Basstory: An Intimate Evening Of Riffs And Repartee With David Ellefson’ event at Manhattan’s The Iridium on November 20. Get more info.
