Toothgrinder drop cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain”; currently on tour

New Jersey noisemakers Toothgrinder have released their cover of Fleetwood Mac‘s “The Chain.” Speaking of the track, singer Justin Matthews states, “As a child, my father’s three favorite groups were Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Fleetwood Mac, and The Allman Brothers. I grew accustomed to southern rock from an early age. As a lyricist, I subconsciously write in that frame of mind. I LOVE a good story written through song. Fleetwood Mac in particular has always held a special place in my heart.” Stream the track above.

In more news, Toothgrinder are currently on tour with All That Remains, Escape The Paradigm, and Gears, playing three last shows in TX, NC, and TN. Toothgrinder will follow those shows with a pair of dates with Skyharbor and Lakeshore, including a gig at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus on October 2 [TIX]. Get more info below.
