New Jersey’s own Skid Row brought some great, traditional hard rock to Long Island earlier this month for a show at Huntington’s premiere live music spot, The Paramount.
Skid Row‘s local show was part of their ongoing ‘United World Rebellion US’ trek, which sees the guys performing songs from 1991’s Slave to the Grind and their 1989 self-titled debut, with legendary hits like “Sweet Little Sister,” “Piece of Me,” “18 and Life,” “Quicksand Jesus,” “Monkey Business,” “I Remember You,” “Youth Gone Wild,” and many others echoing in venues throughout the nation. LI fans were also treated to their super old-school track “Forever,” plus the Ramones hit “Psycho Therapy,” and “We Are the Damned” from their United World Rebellion: Chapter 2 EP.

Before the year is over, the band will perform a show in Chandler, AZ, which they’ll follow with UK shows in early 2019, along with what’s sure to be a huge hometown concert at NJ’s Starland Ballroom on May 4.
