Last month, Unique Leader Records founder and Deeds of Flesh guitarist/vocalist Erik Lindmark tragically passed away after battling with sclerosis.
To celebrate the life of Erik Lindmark, Internal Bleeding, Pyrexia, Cognitive, and Afterbirth will join up for a special show at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus on February 2, with proceeds going to Lindmark‘s family [TIX].
“We’ll be playing a memorial show for a long time friend, and supporter of not only Internal Bleeding, but of metal in general,” stated Internal Bleeding. “Come join us to celebrate the life of our Friend and his family.”
Pyrexia adds: “This show is very special to us. Erik was a good friend and has done more for Death Metal over the past 20 years than we think anyone can put into perspective.”
Sweet Springs Saloon in Los Osos, CA host their own Erik Lindmark memorial show with Cryptolith and Stone Mountain tonight (12/20).
If you can’t make the NYC show, you can still support Lindmark‘s family via GoFundMe.
