The Word Alive embarking on 10th anniversary tour

The Word Alive live at Gramercy Theatre in 2018 by Lina Glasir

Arizona-based metalcore unit The Word Alive will take to the streets this spring for a string of U.S. tour dates celebrating their 10 years of existence.

“If you told us that when we started The Word Alive in 2008 we would still be a band and touring the world 10 years later we would have never believed you,” wrote the band earlier this month when announcing the European leg of their commemorative tour. “Through all of the changes and evolutions our band has fearlessly grown through you’ve stood by us.”

When confirming their U.S. run earlier today, they said, “We’ll be bringing you the most extensive set list of our career spanning every release from Empire until Violent Noise, so get your tickets to these intimate shows and sing some of your old favorites one last time with us!”

The stateside tour takes off in Colorado Springs, CO and hits six more select markets before concluding in Long Island at Revolution on April 21 [TIX].
