Saor going on first ever North American tour

Scottish atmospheric folk/black metal project Soar (aka Andy Marshall) has announced his first ever North American trek, happening over the summer with Colorado’s Wayfarer.

“Following their exclusive West Coast appearance in Los Angeles and first festival appearance at Fire In The Mountains; Scotland’s finest will venture east hitting a select few cities for the first time ever,” reads an official announcement.

The tour kicks off in LA at Catch One on July 11 and hits a total of 10 USA and Canadian markets before officially closing out in Montreal at Piranha Bar on July 22. A stop at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus (w/ one more act TBA) goes down on July 20 [TIX]. All dates are below.

The outing is in support of Saor‘s fourth studio album, Forgotten Paths, which came out earlier this year via Avantgarde Music. Wayfarer are out supporting last year’s World’s Blood on Profound Lore Records. Stream music after the tour schedule.
