Less Than Jake stream new song, “Dear Me”

Ska punk pros Less Than Jake have premiered (via New Noise Magazine) their new track titled “Dear Me” — stream it below. The fresh song appears on the band’s new full-length album titled ‘Silver Linings,’ which they plan to release on December 11 through Pure Noise records (pre-order).

Speaking on the new single, saxophonist Peter “JR” Wasilewski states: “I wrote this song as a tribute to a few special people in my life who are no longer around. What it is like to reach the impasse of where words can’t convey emotions. This is my internal struggle to understand their internal struggle.

A press release notes: “Nearly 30 years into an already impressive career – which includes 8 studio albums, tours with Descendents, blink-182, Bon Jovi, Linkin Park, Snoop Dogg, Bad Religion, and more, and over 365 shows on the Vans Warped Tour – Less Than Jake has never been a band to rest on its laurels. They have no plans of slowing down any time soon as they prepare for the release of their 9th studio album, Silver Linings, out December 11th via Pure Noise Records.
