A Perfect Circle share new single “To Whom It May Concern,” announce 2027 tour

A Perfect Circle have released a new single, “To Whom It May Concern,” and announced an extensive North American tour for spring 2027.

“To Whom It May Concern” marks the band’s second new song of 2026, following “Starless,” which recently reached No. 1 at Active Rock radio. The new track was written earlier this year and recorded at Billy Howerdel’s Lankershim Ranch Studio in Studio City, California.

Howerdel produced the song, with Matty Green handling the mix and longtime collaborator Josh Freese playing drums.

“It’s exciting to finally get some new music out into the world, and seeing ‘Starless’ reach #1 at rock radio this week has made it even sweeter!” Howerdel said. “The outpouring of support is so very much appreciated. ‘To Whom It May Concern’ is next up! More to come.”

A Perfect Circle’s newly announced North American tour kicks off April 13 in Vancouver and runs through June 13 in Phoenix.

Puscifer will support A Perfect Circle throughout the Canadian dates and in Detroit, meaning Maynard James Keenan will perform with both bands each night. The Cult will join the tour beginning April 27 in Boston and remain through the final date in Phoenix.

“Very much looking forward to pulling double duty through Canada with A Perfect Circle and Puscifer,” Keenan said. “Been way, way too long. New tunes, new dance moves, new hair hats. Figure it out. #figureitout”

Tickets go on sale Friday, October 2 at 10 a.m. local time, with an A Perfect Circle presale beginning September 30.
