Canyon release new single, “Minority Outspoken”

Melbourne’s Canyon, an alt metal / stoner / prog power-trio, have released a new single. “Minority Outspoken,” which has just been premiered by V13, is taken from Canyon’s upcoming EP ‘Static.’

The song is full of classic heavy rock riffs and soulful vocal melodies that hark back to the great alternative rock and metal bands of the 90s.

The band clearly enjoy the energy of this head-banging hard rock stomp, saying, “We love this jumpy, punky riff and this song is hella fun to play live. Slightly more serious subject matter delivered on the platter of hyperactive stoner grunge we are polishing up.

Canyon’s upcoming EP, ‘Static,’ will be released on May 21.
