Dance Gavin Dance reschedule tour with Animals As Leaders, Issues + more

Dance Gavin Dance’s postponed North American spring trek with Animals As Leaders, Issues and Veil of Maya has been officially rescheduled. The new run will also feature Wolf & Bear (replacing Royal Coda).

DGD say:

We are happy to announce that we have rescheduled the spring Dance Gavin Dance tour to start on Tuesday, August 4th in Seattle, WA ending with the rescheduled Swanfest on Saturday, September 12th. We began the process of rescheduling moments after we realized that we would not be able to have our Spring tour begin. We have done our best to retain most of the same markets and venues as our previous run. All tickets previously purchased will be honored. We also have a couple new shows/locations that we have added, and the on-sale information for those dates are coming soon.

Fortunately, we were able to retain most of the complete lineup for this tour, however members of Royal Coda had previous commitments in place that they were unable to reschedule. We are happy to announce that Wolf & Bear will be filling that spot along with Animals As Leaders, ISSUES, and VEIL OF MAYA.

While we know that right now many things are uncertain, we felt that it was very important to our fans, supporting bands and crew to reschedule to a time period in which we hope will be a safe environment for everyone involved. We know that things will continue to change rapidly and we will actively monitor any future situations and make appropriate changes if needed, but for now we ask that everyone stay safe, follow all our state and local guidelines and practice proper hygiene and social distancing. We look forward to seeing you in August/September.

More details on Swanfest coming soon, but we can confirm that it will be at Papa Murphy’s Park on Saturday, September 12th.
