Wes Harman has launched his new metalcore project Deprive with the release of its debut single, “Ticks,” featuring Izzy Ratbag of Rotnest.
Clocking in at just over two minutes, “Ticks” delivers a relentless mix of crushing riffs, aggressive grooves, and intense vocal performances. The track serves as an introduction to Deprive’s sound, blending metalcore heaviness with death metal-inspired ferocity.
According to Harman, the goal was to make a strong first impression and immediately grab listeners’ attention with an uncompromising burst of aggression.
