Descendents have announced changes to several dates on their current tour with Social Distortion due to Mike Ness developing a chest infection.
The band revealed that their September 28 show at The Masonic in San Francisco and September 29 show at the Fox Theater in Oakland will need to be rescheduled.
In addition, the October 6 show at Mission Ballroom in Denver, which had previously been rescheduled, has now been canceled.
“Our friend Mike with Social Distortion has developed a chest infection. We wish him a speedy recovery!” Descendents said.
The band added that they are working with promoters to reschedule the San Francisco and Oakland dates, with ticketholders set to receive additional information as soon as possible.
“For now, LA and San Diego will proceed as planned,” Descendents said.
New dates for the postponed shows have not yet been announced.
