Etsuo Nagura (Endon) has died

Etsuo Nagura of Japanese noise/experimental band Endon has died at the age of 34, confirms his brother and bandmate Taichi Nagura. Etsuo passed away last month, with no cause of death publicly known.

Taichi writes:

Etsuo Nagura passed away suddenly on April 26, 2020 at the age of 34.

There will be no funerals, etc.

Endon’s latest LP, ‘Boy Meets Girl,’ came out last year, and according to the band, the effort “was envisioned as a soundtrack to an imagined horror film about love.” You can read more via the band’s Bandcamp. Check out streams below.
