*Please share your favorite memories of Joe with us below. We hope you know how much he loved and appreciated every single one of you.* ❤

Fans of the band have indeed shared their favorite memories of Joe, with Lynny B. stating, “It’s such a sad day. He was so talented and had such a beautiful soul. I saw my first machine show when I was 18. My mom and i asked for a pic with him and he immediately agreed. We nearly knocked him to the floor! He smiled and threw his arms around us like it was the most natural thing in the world. His talent was pure genius and his love for his band and for music was just magical. He will be missed by anyone who knew him. He had a heart of gold and we all felt his love of music in every song and every note he played. My heart breaks for his family and for the band. It’s such a terrible loss 🙁 RIP Joe!

Ruth C. commented, “I am very stricken by the sudden loss of this dear, special human. Such talent and powerful connection to his audience and devoted fans. An incredible brotherhood with his beloved Machine band-mates. He has left an indelible mark and deep void. I will always recall the many times he called me out from the stage during shows, much to my sweet embarrassment. Sending love to you Joe… and wherever you are, put on a hat Joe. ❤️

David C. said, “My son gave me a video of Joe singing Julia Dream for Christmas this year. Made me cry. You were the best Joe. You will truly be missed My thoughts and prayers to his family and band mates. 🙏😢.

Pamela G. added, “This is so heartbreaking!!! Joe was always so cool to talk to after shows, ex.. Was so nice to have you all back together again.. My sincere condolences to all his family, friends & fans..

And the outpour of love for Joe goes on and on, you can read all the tributes and comments via the band’s official social page. RIP, Joe.

  1. I had the honor of sharing the stage with Joe during my tenure with The Machine. What an amazing human and musician. RIP Joe.

  2. My first time seeing the machine probably in 1989 Riverside park Agawam Mass. And I was hooked . Saw them again and again. last time with Joe was in Northampton , Mass .while they were celebrating there tour with playing animals ,the wall ,and d.s.o..moon .that show honestly the best show I had ever seen .I can remember I was in the front row and before the show started Joe peeked his head around the corner and smiled. When I saw the Machine a few days ago and was blindsided by the news when the drummer told the crowd he had passed .I honestly was speechless and still today cannot believe it .I kinda thought maybe he just couldn’t be there [ sick or tired ) when I saw the lead vocalist . I’m a true fan of the Machine and it truly was an honor to get to see him rock out every show.he will hold a very special place in my heart and will always remember Joe as the best guitarist I had ever seen play .RIP .
