Denver doom metal veterans Khemmis have officially released their new self-titled album, Khemmis, via Nuclear Blast Records.
The record marks the band’s first full-length release since 2021’s Deceiver and features eight tracks that blend crushing riffs, soaring melodies, and the band’s signature mix of doom and traditional heavy metal.
To celebrate the album’s arrival, Khemmis have also shared a new music video for “Gilded Chambers,” one of the album’s standout tracks.
According to the band, Khemmis was written with a focus on energy and a shared love of heavy metal, while still maintaining the dark and emotional elements that have defined their sound over the years.
Khemmis will support the new album with a headlining North American tour later this month, joined by Necrofier and Wretched on select dates.
