Experimental black metal band Krallice have announced their new studio album, Scour Order, arriving September 18 via Profound Lore Records.
The album marks a return to the band’s classic instrumentation, featuring Mick Barr and Colin Marston on guitars, Nicholas McMaster on bass, and Lev Weinstein on drums. Following years of lineup and stylistic shifts, Scour Order sees Krallice revisiting the dual-guitar approach that helped define their early sound while continuing to explore their more atmospheric and expansive direction.
To preview the album, the band has released the first single, “Living Useless Ritual.”
Formed in 2007 in Queens, New York, Krallice have built a reputation as one of extreme metal’s most adventurous and prolific acts, releasing nine albums and three EPs while continually evolving their approach to black metal. Their recent work has expanded beyond their early dense, technical sound, incorporating synths, shifting instrumentation, and experimental songwriting.
Scour Order follows 2023’s Mass Cathexis 2 and marks the band’s return to Profound Lore Records, who previously released their first three albums.

Following the album’s release, Krallice will embark on their first-ever European tour, running October 8 through November 7.
