Miley Cyrus & Metallica perform “Nothing Else Matters” on Howard Stern

In celebration of the release of the ‘The Metallica Blacklist’ album, which features 12 Metallica songs covered by 53 artists, pop artist Miley Cyrus and Metallica appeared on ‘The Howard Stern Show’ to perform the classic Metallica track “Nothing Else Matters.”

The below video starts off with a brief interview with Miley and the band, talking about the track “Nothing Else Matters.” In a separate video (also embedded below), Stern brings in the legendary Elton John, who helped Miley cover “Nothing Else Matters” for ‘The Metallica Blacklist,’ into the conversation.

Regarding the release, Metallica explain further, “The Metallica Blacklist celebrates the enduring influence of Metallica with an unprecedented 50+ artists spanning an unbelievably vast range of genres, generations, cultures, continents and more, each contributing a unique interpretation of their favorite Black Album cut.”

They add, “Available on digital & streaming now and arriving on vinyl & CD on October 1st, all profits will be donated to charities of each contributing artist’s choice along with Metallica’s own foundation, All Within My Hands.
