Amid massive tour and fest postponements and cancellations due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Brooklyn, NY death metal / grindcore festival Necrofest has announced that its gathering – scheduled for June 12 – 14 at Saint Vitus Bar – will go on as planned (at least for now).
In a recent ‘State of the Necro Union,’ the event’s main organizer declared:
As of right now Necrofest is happening as planned 6/12-6/14. On April 6th we will be announcing the last few bands. And trust me they are all gonna make you run to grab the presale with your plague check.
On 5/1 we will see where the progression of this pandemic is and make a final call on the fest.
