Rush have expanded their ongoing “Fifty Something Tour” with four additional U.S. arena shows scheduled for October and November.
The newly announced dates will bring Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson to Houston on October 1, St. Louis on October 21, Cincinnati on October 23 and Pittsburgh on November 15.
Lee and Lifeson explained that the tour’s initial schedule was intentionally built with plenty of time off between performances, as they weren’t sure how they would adjust to being back on the road.
“When we initially booked this tour we didn’t know how well we would hold up to the rigours of the road – so we played it safe with lots of days off to recover – but life is nothing if not surprising and we’re doing fine and having a blast – so why not try to hit a few more of the cities that have always treated us so well,” Lee and Lifeson said.
Tickets and VIP packages for the four newly added shows go on sale Friday, September 4 at 10 a.m. local time, with presales beginning September 1.
The “Fifty Something Tour” celebrates more than 50 years of Rush’s music while honoring the band’s late drummer and lyricist Neil Peart. Lee and Lifeson are joined on the trek by drummer Anika Nilles, with the band performing two sets each night and drawing from an extensive catalog of songs.
The tour continues September 2 at Bell Centre in Montreal and runs through the remainder of 2026 before heading to South America and Europe in early 2027.
