Sleep Theory, a four-piece up-and-coming rock band, has officially released their new music video for the track “Gone or Staying.” You can check it out below.
“The story-driven video perfectly captures the song’s melancholy subject matter — holding on to a bad relationship when you really should just let go and burn it all to the ground, quite literally — and is bathed in beautiful blue tones,” notes a press release.
“‘Gone or Staying’ is a special song to us as a band. In this video, we wanted to capture the tension between a couple’s relationship as it comes to an end, and the grieving process of letting go of what once was,” the band adds. “[Vocalist] Cullen [Moore] can be seen throughout the video walking through what once was, and eventually burning his past to move on.”
