Steve Blanco, bassist of New York avant-garde metal outfit Imperial Triumphant, has expanded his upcoming Imprints of Man solo piano tour with three newly announced dates in Mexico.
The newly added performances are scheduled for August 14 in Guadalajara, August 15 in Monterrey, and August 16 in Mexico City. The shows follow the previously announced European stops in Vienna, Austria, and Budapest, Hungary, this September.
The Imprints of Man performances feature Blanco presenting solo piano arrangements of Imperial Triumphant material, offering a stripped-down interpretation of the band’s avant-garde compositions. A meet-and-greet will also follow each show.
Originally released independently last year, Imprints of Man reimagines Imperial Triumphant’s music for solo piano, showcasing new arrangements by Blanco.
