The Dread Crew of Oddwood have released a new single, “Rust & Glory,” ahead of their upcoming North American tour.
Despite sharing its name with the band’s 2024 album, “Rust & Glory” is a new song. The track was mixed and mastered by Anna Murphy of Cellar Darling and features artwork by Lutlucker Art.
The band says the song deals with the pursuit of fortune, power, fame and success, along with the personal cost that can come with chasing those goals.
More new music is expected from The Dread Crew of Oddwood, though no additional details have been announced yet.
The band will also hit the road this fall to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their 2016 album, Lawful Evil. The tour is split into two runs, beginning with dates across the eastern U.S. and Canada in October before heading west in December.
New York-area stops include Clifton, New Jersey on October 9 and Brooklyn’s Woodshop on October 10.
