The Offspring have released a studio cover of the Ramones classic “I Wanna Be Sedated.”
The band have been performing their take on the song during recent live shows and decided to head into the studio to record an official version.
“We’ve been playing this live on tour, so we thought we’d record a proper studio version for you,” The Offspring said in announcing the track. “Listen to our cover of Ramones ‘I Wanna Be Sedated’ now.”
Originally released by the Ramones in 1978, “I Wanna Be Sedated” appeared on the punk legends’ fourth studio album, Road to Ruin.
