New Brunswick, New Jersey post-hardcore favorites Thursday have announced a one-off headlining show to take place in Sayreville, NJ at the popular Starland Ballroom on December 30, 2021. Support on the show will come from Laura Jane Grace (Against Me!) and Vein.fm, along with appearances from Norman Brannon and Travis Stever.
Thursday say, “Someone got too excited and couldn’t wait to 1pm, so they ‘leaked’ our big news! Who can blame them though! It is very exciting! The Signals events during quarantine meant the world to Thursday and it’s so important to us that the first non festival show announcement ‘back’ would be the resumption of our traditional New Jersey holiday show.”
They add, “This year we want to celebrate in style and you can bet we will! We have Laura Jane Grace + Vein.fm opening with Norman Brannon and Travis Stever plus numerous others sitting in during the course of the evening. All we will say is expect to have your face melted off, seriously melted off, like staring straight into a solar eclipse without sunglasses! See you there and happy holidays!
