156/Silence drop “Swept From Under (Call of the Void)”

Pittsburgh atmospheric metalcore band 156/Silence have released their new single, “Swept From Under (Call of the Void),” along with an official music video. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming full-length album, From A Distance, due out September 4 via Pure Noise Records (pre-order).

Speaking about the inspiration behind the track, the band shared: “The call of the void is the voice in our heads that wants to self-destruct even when we don’t feel bad. A compulsion to hurt ourselves even if we don’t want to. Being swept from under by intrusive thoughts.”

Following a recent appearance at Inkcarceration 2026, 156/Silence will hit the road this summer supporting Chiodos on the “It’s Not You, It’s Me Tour” with sace6 and Second Harbour, before launching their own From A Distance Tour with Aviana, Heavensgate, and Fromjoy.
