Progressive rock band Big Big Train have announced a 10-date U.S. tour for March 2027, featuring a complete performance of their concept album Woodcut alongside selections from their back catalog.
The “Woodcut & Other Stories Tour” begins March 18 at the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles, Illinois, and concludes March 30 at Rams Head On Stage in Annapolis, Maryland. The run includes stops in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Boston’s surrounding area and New York City, where the band will make their debut at Gramercy Theatre on March 24.
The tour follows 19 performances across the UK and Europe in September and October 2026. Each upcoming U.S. show will feature Woodcut in its entirety, followed by more than an hour of additional material.
Lead vocalist Alberto Bravin commented on the upcoming dates: “We had to learn a complicated piece of music but it has been incredibly encouraging to experience such positive reactions to our performances in the UK and Europe from the fans.”
Drummer Nick D’Virgilio also expressed his excitement about returning to the United States, particularly the band’s first New York City appearance.
Following the tour, Big Big Train will make their fourth appearance aboard Cruise to the Edge, sailing April 2–8, 2027.
Tickets for all 10 shows go on sale Friday, October 30, at 10 AM Eastern. A presale for Passengers Club members and 2027 Tour Patrons begins Wednesday, October 28, at 10 AM Eastern.
