Canadian hardcore outfit Cancer Bats have announced an Australian tour for early 2027, with UK metal band Heriot joining them as special guests.
The nine-date run will take place from January 28 through February 7, including stops in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Wollongong, Sydney, Newcastle, Byron Bay, Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast.
The tour will also include Cancer Bats’ previously announced appearance at Froth & Fury Festival in Adelaide on January 30.
In addition to the regular club shows, Cancer Bats have confirmed two special “Batfest” events, scheduled for January 31 at Corner Hotel in Melbourne and February 7 at Kings Beach Tavern on the Sunshine Coast.
The Melbourne Batfest lineup includes Cancer Bats, Heriot, Mannequin Death Squad, Totally Unicorn, and Bloody Oath, with another special guest yet to be announced.

Cancer Bats are inviting fans to suggest local acts for the Sunshine Coast opening slot through the band’s social media channels.
