Dead Poet Society have announced their third album, Monarch, due out October 2 via Spinefarm Records.
The announcement arrives with the new single “Cold,” which follows the previously released tracks “Roach” and “Sinner Systems.” The accompanying video for “Cold” was directed by the band’s own Jack Underkofler with Blackwolf Imaging.
Drummer Will Goodroad said of the new song: “‘Cold’ is about recognizing that reality and choosing to indulge in it anyway.”
Monarch follows 2021’s -!- and 2024’s FISSION, with the band working with producer Paul Meany (Twenty One Pilots, Pierce The Veil) and Grammy-winning mixer Adam Hawkins (Turnstile, Yungblud).
The album is available for pre-order now on vinyl, CD and digitally.
