Dessiderium debuts new song “Cosmic Limbs”

Proggy death metal project Dessiderium – consisting of Alex Haddad (Arkaik, Nullingroots) – has premiered its new single titled “Cosmic Limbs,” which you can check out below. The song appears on the act’s forthcoming LP, ‘Shadow Burn’ (out June 25th – pre-order).

Here’s a note from Haddad:

‘Cosmic Limbs’ is about holding on to a delusional perception of finding purpose, and the infinite cycle of torment it brings. The cycle of chasing highs to survive the banality of ordinary life, only to experience regret upon memories of sweet simplicity now permanently lost. The delusion leads to self-suffering, and the suffering leads to a damaged plea for comfort from wishing to see the outer world reflect the feelings of your inner self. The theme is set to the most cinematic piece of music on the album.
