Foo Fighters have been added as support for AC/DC’s rescheduled concert at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Friday, October 2.
The show was originally scheduled for September 25 but was postponed due to severe weather. All tickets purchased for the original date will be honored for the rescheduled concert.
Foo Fighters announced their addition to the bill on social media, writing: “Let there be rock ⚡️ MetLife Stadium! See you October 2nd with AC/DC!!!”
The MetLife performance will mark the second time Foo Fighters have joined AC/DC during the Power Up Tour. Foo Fighters will take over the support slot previously held by The Pretty Reckless for the New Jersey date.
The concert is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 5:30 p.m.
The show also coincides with the final AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up, taking place October 1 and 2 at Redd’s Restaurant & Biergarten in Carlstadt, less than a mile from MetLife Stadium. The free event will feature AC/DC displays, giveaways, exclusive merchandise and shuttle service to and from the stadium. Check out more details on the New Jersey pop-up HERE.
Tickets for the rescheduled AC/DC show are on sale now.
